Adhesives for Bonding, Sealing & Encapsulation

• DELO KATIOBOND: cationic light curing epoxy adhesives that initiate cure on UV or visible light exposure and continue curing in shaded areas via dark cure mechanisms. Suitable for glass, metal and plastics bonding in optical and electronic assemblies where full volumetric cure is required.
• DELO PHOTOBOND: light curing acrylic adhesives offering rapid fixture times, low outgassing and high optical clarity. Formulated for precision applications including lens bonding, display assembly and medical device manufacturing where optical transmission and dimensional accuracy are critical.
• DELO DUALBOND: dual curing adhesives combining UV or visible light initiation with a secondary heat or moisture cure mechanism. Designed for assemblies with shadow zones or complex geometries where light exposure alone cannot ensure complete cure throughout the bond line.
• DELO MONOPOX: one-part heat curing epoxy adhesives with long shelf life at room temperature and defined cure profiles activated by elevated temperature. Offer high shear strength, excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability suited to automotive, electronics and structural bonding applications.
• DELO-DUOPOX: two-part epoxy adhesives curing at room temperature upon mixing of resin and hardener. Provide high bond strength across a range of substrates including metals, composites and engineering plastics, with formulations available for varying pot life and mechanical property requirements.
• DELO-PUR: polyurethane adhesives formulated for flexible, impact resistant joints with good elongation at break and vibration damping characteristics. Suited to applications requiring thermal cycling resistance and adhesion to dissimilar materials.
