DELO Adhesives Dispensing Equipment

DELO dispensing equipment gives manufacturers precise, repeatable control over adhesive application across manual, semi-automated and fully automated production lines. Compatible with DELO adhesives and most third-party materials, the range covers time-pressure dispensing, volumetric dosing, contactless jetting and UV curing.

Inseto is the authorised UK and Ireland distributor for DELO equipment. For high-throughput applications, we also supply fully automated tabletop and inline dispensing systems from Kulicke and Soffa.

Adhesive Dispensing Systems

DELO dispensing systems support cartridges, syringes and pressure tanks across a wide viscosity range, from low-viscosity underfill materials through to high-viscosity structural adhesives and encapsulants.

The range includes DELOMAT time-pressure dispensers for manual and semi-automated production, DELO-DOT contactless jetting valves for high-speed microelectronic assembly, and DELO-DIV volumetric dispensers for applications where deposit consistency directly affects bond performance.

Adhesive Curing Lamps

DELOLUX LED curing lamps deliver fast, consistent curing of UV and light activated adhesives in batch and inline environments. Light output reaches up to 1,000 times normal daylight intensity, keeping cycle times short without affecting cure quality.

The DELOLUXcontrol monitoring system tracks radiation intensity in real time, providing a documented record of cure performance across every production run.

Dispensing Accessories

Inseto supplies a full range of DELO dispensing accessories including pressure tanks, the DELO-XPRESS pneumatic dispensing gun and the DELO-DropX VP2 cleaning station. Dispense tips and cartridge adapters are available to support different syringe formats and adhesive viscosities.
