DELO Curing Lamp Range

The DELO range includes solutions for both area and spot curing applications, ensuring optimal coverage and intensity for each process.

• Area Curing Lamps: Area curing lamps provide uniform, high-intensity irradiation across large bonding areas, ensuring consistent exposure and reliable curing performance. These LED flood lamps are designed for scalability, with expandable lamp head configurations to suit different production requirements, typically using the DELOLUX 20 series.
• Small Area Lamps: Small area lamps are designed for confined spaces and high-speed processes, offering compact form factors and high intensity output for fast curing cycles. They are well suited to automated, high-density assemblies where access is limited, with the DELOLUX 30 series providing a flexible solution for these applications.
• Spot Curing Lamps: Spot curing lamps deliver precise, localised curing using high-intensity LED sources with interchangeable optics to control light focus. They enable independent irradiation of multiple bonding points and are ideal for fine, targeted processes, typically using the DELOLUX 50 series.
