DELO-ACTIVIS
With DELO-ACTIVIS, manufacturing processes can be significantly optimised thanks to its Activation-On-The-Flow (AOTF) technology. It allows for simultaneous curing and dispensing of adhesives, a process referred to as pre-activation of the adhesive. Pre-activation enables immediate further processing of assemblies after adhesive application.
What is the DELO-ACTIVIS?
The DELO-ACTIVIS is a state-of-the-art dispensing system that integrates volumetric adhesive dispensing with UV light pre-activation, enabling a streamlined and energy-efficient bonding process. Designed for high-tech applications, this compact unit is ideal for use in automated production environments or as a stand-alone solution.

Developed for the process of flow activation
DELO-ACTIVIS was specially developed for the process of flow activation and enables the dispensing and pre-activation of high-tech adhesives in one process step. Dispensing is volumetric, whereby flow rate and quantity can be defined according to the process requirements.
Four powerful DELOLUX 503 UV lamps are integrated into the system to pre-activate the adhesives. They ensure that the curing process starts during the dispensing process.
This device, in combination with new process technology, enables energy and cost-efficient bonding processes.
