What is the DELO-DIV Volumetric Dispensing Valve?
This volumetric one-component dispensing system applies the smallest adhesive quantities with maximum precision. Thanks to the proven endless-piston principle, the needle-based dispensers achieve a dispensing precision of up to 99% for both low and high-viscous media. Clean, drip-free, and reproducible dispensing is possible regardless of viscosity fluctuations.

Adhesives are preactivated during dispensing
In combination with DELO’s new process technology “Activation-On-The-Flow”, the DELO-DIV is particularly suitable for complex geometries and opaque materials. With this technology, light-curing adhesives are preactivated during dispensing. With additional light fixation, the components can be processed directly.
DELO-DIV Models
The DELO-DIV VD330 is the most compact model of the series. It’s ideal for the smallest dispensing quantities with a minimum dispensing volume of 2µl and a volume flow of 0.2 to 3.3 ml/min.
The DELO-DIV VD450 is also very lightweight and compact, making it ideal for tight production systems. It’s ideal for small dispensing quantities with a minimum dispensing volume of 4µl and a volume flow of 0.5 to 6 ml/min.
The DELO-DIV VD600 can dispense small amounts as low as 15μl. It shows its strengths to the fullest extend with larger flow rates of 1.4 – 16.0 ml/min.
