What are the DELO-DOT PN5 & PN5 LV Pneumatic Jetting Valves?

The DELO-DOT PN5 is a high-frequency pneumatic jet valve designed for contactless dispensing of adhesives, sealants, and other liquid media. With a dispensing frequency of up to 300Hz and the ability to deliver drop volumes as small as 1 nanolitre, it is ideal for precision applications in electronics, medical devices, and automotive manufacturing.

DELO-DOT PN5 LV (LV = low viscosity) is primarily designed for low-to-medium-viscosity media. Minimum dispensing quantities of around 1 nl are possible, which corresponds to droplet diameters of 250µm or less. Its lightweight construction enables high acceleration as well as a smaller axis and drive design.

With its continuous dispensing frequency of up to 300Hz, drop sizes can be individually adjusted by using interchangeable nozzles and a freely adjusted plunger stroke.

The unit’s fluid system can be easily exchanged without using any tools, ensuring quick and hassle-free cleaning. This jetting valve, and associated control units, can be integrated into most production lines, thanks to its compact and flexible design.

The cartridge holder, which can be placed at a 90° angle, allows media to be fed from all four sides of the unit.
