Drip free adhesive dispensing

The valve strikes the balance between the repeatability and control of high-quality volumetric or jetting systems, and the simple direct dispensing of cartridges. After dispensing, the needle retracts to reverse adhesive flow. The resulting vacuum effect prevents dripping.

Bubble free adhesive dispensing

The valve dispenses adhesives bubble-free, at volumes as low as 0.09µl with a standard deviation of less than 3%. This compares favourably to the dosing consistency of high-quality jet valves. Therefore, it is capable of dispensing at significantly lower quantities than direct cartridge dispensing.

Tool free assembly and disassembly

Its actuator and fluid system are separate, so that the valve does not have to be removed from the system when changing it. In addition, the fluidics can be changed without tools, making assembly and disassembly easy.
