Light curing made easy
The DELOLUX 50 series includes a wide variety of lamp heads. The light exit areas of these lamp heads range from 1 mm to 15 mm. Combined with the plug & play design and space-saving construction, this enables seamless integration into existing production lines. With a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours, these spot lamps deliver long-term performance with high homogeneity, consistent intensity, and associated high process reliability. The operation is controlled via the DELOLUX pilot S series and supports PLC. A passive cooling mechanism using heat sinks in the lamp head enhances efficiency, even in automated processes with short cycle times
DELOLUX 50 | DELOLUX 505
The DELOLUX 50 and 505 feature a round design and offer exceptional flexibility: distance, irradiation area, and intensity can be individually adjusted depending on the lens.
The DELOLUX 50 lamp head is available in three different wavelengths and offers the possibility of achieving peak intensities of more than 18,000 mW/cm². Depending on the lens, the lamp heads are designed for typical working distances of 3 – 30 mm.
The DELOLUX 505 enables larger working distances while maintaining high intensity and homogeneity. The lamp heads can be used for working distances of 16 – 40 mm and achieve peak intensities of more than 8,700 mW/cm².
DELOLUX 502 | DELOLUX 504
The DELOLUX 502 and 504 feature a more rectangular design, which is particularly suitable for use in active alignment systems.
The DELOLUX 502 has the most compact design and still offers the possibility of achieving peak intensities of more than 2,000 mW/cm² at an optimized working distance of 5 – 8 mm.
The DELOLUX 504 is the most powerful of the variants and achieves a peak intensity of more than 7,500 mW/cm² at working distances of 5 – 10 mm.
DELOLUX 503 | DELOLUX 506
The DELOLUX 503 and 506 feature a special angle at the light outlet, which is particularly suitable for use in confined installation spaces or in automated production lines.
The DELOLUX 503 emits light at an angle of 30°, while the DELOLUX 506 emits light at an angle of 50°. Both lamp heads achieve peak intensities of more than 1,600 mW/cm² at working distances of 15 mm.
