Dage Stellar 4000 – Bond Tester overview:
The STELLAR 4000 is the platform of choice for all manually operated pull test, ball shear, and die shear production bond testing. Depending on the application requirements, quick change test cartridges enable a rapid change in test methods, from wire pull to shear test for example.
The systems patented technology for frictionless bond or die shear and superior ergonomics ensures repeatable and reproducible results, combined with an excellent user experience.
The machines are used in research, production and quality assurance environments and feature a streamlined Paragon Lite™ operating software, which is designed with the operator in mind, making the software extremely user friendly whilst not losing any functionality, such as automatic GR&R calculation, built-in diagnostics, a unique database search engine wizard and superior reporting.
Highly Versatile:
An XY stage with 100mm x 100mm of travel, along with a maximum shear force of 100Kg and pull force of 10Kg makes the Stellar a highly versatile system for all production requirements.
Cartridge Compatibility & Correlation:
Nordson DAGE recognizes that data correlation is fundamental for cross referencing test results between old and new platforms. Existing users of Nordson DAGE bond testers (4000 and 5000) can not only use their existing Bond Test Cartridges on the new STELLAR 4000 but also confidently compare the pull and shear test data between old and new machines.
