The equipment combines accurate multi axis motion, advanced vision alignment and flexible dispensing technologies to support a wide range of materials and processes.

Versatile Dispensing Technologies

The desktop dispensing robot can be configured with a range of dispensing valves to support different materials and process requirements. This flexibility allows the system to handle low viscosity fluids, high viscosity pastes and fine feature deposition with consistent results. Supported dispense configurations include:

  • High precision mixing and dispensing systems
  • Piezo jet valves for high speed non contact dispensing
  • Progressive cavity pumps for high viscosity materials
  • Fine deposition pumps for sub 100 micrometre features
  • Solder paste jetting valves
  • Ultrasonic and air spray coating systems

System Options and Process Control

A range of optional features is available to enhance the performance, reliability, and usability of the desktop dispensing robot platform.

These options are designed to improve process stability, reduce operator intervention, and support automated calibration and real time monitoring across a wide range of dispensing applications.

Available enhancements include multi ratio precision mixing systems, laser based height detection for reflective substrates, automated nozzle cleaning, dispensing weight calibration using integrated micro scales, and low fluid level monitoring.

Typical Applications

Kulicke and Soffa desktop dispensing robots are widely used across electronics manufacturing, advanced packaging and research environments. Typical applications include

  • Adhesive and epoxy dispensing
  • Underfill and encapsulation
  • Solder paste jetting and flux application
  • Conformal coating and spray processes
  • Potting, sealing and gasketing
  • Precision material deposition for research and development
