Plasma Etch manufacture an extensive range of bench-top plasma cleaner and plasma etching equipment. The machines incorporate advanced RF sources, providing high-quality performance and optimum process results.

The Plasma Etch tabletop product range comprises low-cost compact plasma cleaner models, ideal for processing smaller samples, through to systems with multiple shelves for simultaneous plasma treatment of larger devices or for industrial production.

Systems feature automatic operation and RF electrodes with robust welded T6 aluminium chambers and are all simple to setup and operate.

The Venus versions include a Windows control systems in place of the PLC that is incorporated in the standard PE models. These enhanced systems enable automated sequential processing, data-logging, recipe management and incorporate MFC gas flow control as standard.
