UniTemp manufacture high precision hotplates for use in laboratories, small production and pre-series production. Temperature ranges from ambient to 350°C.
A range of models are available:
- HP-60 (60 mm diameter)
- HP-155 (155 mm x 155 mm working area)
- HP-220 (220mm x155mm area)
- HP-300 (310mm x 310mm)
Hotplates programmed by integrated controller to allow the user to define the ramp up rate, ramp down rate, maximum temperature and hold time. Liftpins available as an option as well as cover for controlled local bake environment. Samples held by vacuum and/or mechanical clamping
Additional system the PTP-300 is a plasma enhanced universal high temperature oven. This enables the plasma cleaning with in parallel heating of the substrate. Working area is 305 mm x 305 mm within an aluminium or quartz process chamber.
