Probe Testing Configurations:
Our PS4L systems are available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic configurations, supporting wafer sizes up to 300mm. Each system is built to accommodate a wide range of testing environments and device types, including:
- Vacuum Probe Stations: Ideal for MEMS testing, with vacuum chambers and remote-controlled manipulators.
- Magnetic Stimulation Systems: Enabling precise control of magnetic fields under the DUT.
- HF/RF Probe Systems: For testing high frequency (HF), radio frequency (RF) and microwave devices.
- Optoelectronic Probe Systems: Electro-optical and double-sided testing of diodes and silicon photonic devices.
- High Power Wafer Probe: Test up to 10kV and 500A, suitable for high power semiconductor applications.
- Device Characterisation: For performing DC, IV/CV, capacitance, HF, 1/f noise, and temperature measurements.
Seamless Test Integration & Control:
All systems support integration with third-party instruments and software platforms. Communications are enabled via RS-232, GPIB, or TCP/IP, and driver libraries are available for LabView, C++, and Visual Basic. This ensures compatibility with existing lab infrastructure and allows for remote operation and automation.
