MicroTech 2026 is the UK’s leading event focused on semiconductor packaging, bringing together industry, academia and research organisations to explore developments in advanced and heterogeneous packaging, reliability and manufacturing strategies. The conference provides an important forum for technical exchange, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the microelectronics community.

The event will take place on Thursday 26 March 2026 at the King’s Conference Centre, Hedge End, Southampton.
