LED Lens Bonding
DELO has developed a range of optically-clear adhesives that provides very low outgassing, which is critical for the working life of the lens.
What do LED Lens Bonding Adhesives do?
DELO LED lens bonding adhesives exhibit high thermal resistance and excellent UV stability, and have very low shrinkage. They are suitable for bonding the lens cap in place, and have excellent adhesion to glass, ceramic, and aluminium.

DELO DUALBOND offers high resistance to temperatures and light
Adhesives and other materials in the immediate vicinity of the LED are usually exposed to considerable stresses of high temperature and LED radiation. Adhesives such as DELO DUALBOND offer high resistance to temperatures and light, and also have very low outgassing during cure, thereby eliminating the possibility of obscuring the LED lens.
Fast curing of the adhesive results in minimum processing times
By combining curing mechanisms of light and / or heat, and light and humidity, fast curing of the adhesive results in minimum processing times, while ensuring that any adhesive in shadow zones is fully cured.
